* Please keep posts in standard English language, avoiding the use of shortened words and 'text speak' as many of our members have problems understanding such posts

I was just about to post a reminder myself

Text speak is for informal personal contact between friends, etc - I use it every day on my mobile phone. However it has no place on a health forum where people are trying to make sense of difficult health situations.
