I wasn't sure where 'thank you' comes on the site so I'm sticking it here.
I do sincerely thank everyone responsible for this site and the valuable information it contains. If you heard something strange today, it was my gasping as I saw so many of my seemingly insignificant symptoms appearing on various forums. There are things I would not even have thought of mentioning to my GP, things that might ultimately help lead to some kind of conclusion, whether or not it is lupus or any other autoimmune disease.

I am staggered though, by the multiple auto-immune problems some of you have. I have Graves disease and, to be quite honest, have been saying since it was diagnosed four years ago that I considered myself lucky it was that particular problem because it was easily manageable. I was right. I have been lucky.

Good luck to you all.

Hi Brenda

Im glad you are enjoying the site. You are right in that it is full of valuable information. The whole point of the Forum is to exchange information with each other as patients and to share our own experiences of living with Lupus and related conditions.

I just dont know how I would have managed if I hadnt found this place. I am often saddened to think that there must be so many people out there who have no access to the internet or are not computer literate and are suffering in isolation.

The best of luck to you in your diagnostic journey and, of course, if we can help in any other way just let us know.

Take care

Hi Brenda.
Well i'm so glad that you have found this site.
I was told about this site from my Doc at the hospital, as you say there is SO much to learn on this website.
I was diagnosed with Lupus, Discoid Lupus, Osteoparosis of the Spine, and a few other things just 2 years ago, although thats gone so fast i don't know where the time has gone.
I just wanted to say the same as you really, i'm to very grateful for this site to find out things, read up on things, and we all think we are bad, until we read this website!!!!
Keep well to you all, will post again soon
Love
