This is an odd one, and could be unrelated to anything but here goes... I've had a strange one-sided headache since last night, that doesn't really hurt - it's kinda pressure vaguely near my temple. I get migraines when the lupus is bad, but they start off with visual disturbances, then go on to nausea/headache etc, and they only last a few hours, so if it is a migraine it's a very atypical one for me.

Other than usual achiness/rash etc I don't have anything else going on.

Any thoughts? :hehe:

Update: just turned into a normal migraine, so it was annoying but it's gone now.

Your symptoms sound similar to what I get which are called "ocular migraines."
I would let your neurologist know what is happening, and perhaps you need to be seen and more detection done.
