I am going to be referred to a rheumy, although I don't know how long it will take to get in, so I am wondering what tests I should expect. I have had the ANA and it was positive with a speckled pattern and a titre of 1:320. Will they just be doing blood tests or are there other tests done? Thanks for any help!

I hope you don't have to wait too long !
Here's info about diagnosis and first visit
http://www.uklupus.co.uk/docvisit.html

Draw up a complete health history leaving out nothing such as ob/gyny problems that might not seem connected in any way, current symptoms and make a note of any chronic health problems of close blood relatives. Also any medicines and supplements you regularly take. It's a big help when they ask you questions and sometimes doctors are pleased to have a copy of it for their files
This is a bit previous but don't wear any makeup or take it off when you get there, and no nail polish.

:)
Cheers
