Hi Vikki :wavey:

:thanx: :thanx: for the information you have provided in your post.

Its great to hear that the 'make-a-wish' foundation as helped someone you know. I bet you had a great time when your friend came to stay with you for 10 days. Have you thought about seeing if you can get a trip organised to visit your friend at home or somewhere else so that you could have a holiday together.

Take care :bunny: Jo :bunny:
Hi Hattycat,

I am also in the USA.

What organization did your friend go through?

This links are a great resource for sick people to reach out and get some help for a life long dream to come true.

I am thrilled your friend was able to make the trip to see you and that you all had a great time.:wink2:
Hi Vikki,

That is amazing. I am so happy you got a chance to actually meet your friend.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation is very active in the US. We know someone that was a recipient of a dream vacation to Nashville prior to his death. The family could not have provided a trip like this with all the nursing care he needed.

Take care,
Lazylegs
